After your child has had two taster sessions and you have decided you’d like to continue and officially join the club, there are just a few simple steps we need you to complete BEFORE THEIR NEXT SESSION, please continue to read below.

Before Completing Your OGC Membership

Please make sure you’ve completed the following steps before starting your membership process with OGC:

1. Welsh Gymnastics Membership

To train at Olympus, all members must hold a valid Welsh Gymnastics membership.

Please complete this step first, as we will need your WG membership number when processing your Olympus membership.

2. Olympus Gymnastics Club (OGC) Membership (COACHA) /payment and setting up Direct Debit

We are pleased to let you know that Olympus Gymnastics Club has recently moved to a new club management system called Coacha. After your taster sessions you will receive an invitation link to join us via COACHA. Please fill in the form, complete OGC payment and set up your direct debit.

This new system COACHA is part of our ongoing efforts to improve how we manage the club and will allow us to streamline administration, improve communication, and provide a more efficient experience for our members and families.
