Founded in 2012, Olympus Gymnastics Club is based in Llay, Wrexham and proudly affiliated with British and Welsh Gymnastics.

We offer Artistic, General, Preschool and Disability classes for all ages and abilities — from first timers to future champions. Our passionate team supports every gymnast to thrive, grow and shine.

Aims and objectives.

At Olympus Gymnastics Club, our mission is to inspire a lifelong love of movement by creating a positive, inclusive space for gymnasts of all ages and abilities.

Through our classes, we develop core skills such as balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility — all of which benefit our gymnasts both in sport and everyday life.

We aim to:

Provide high-quality facilities and opportunities for both recreational and competitive gymnastics.
Encourage active lifestyles by promoting the importance of physical health and wellbeing to members and their families.
Help children and young people build confidence, discipline, and social skills through movement and structured training.
Introduce gymnastics in a fun, engaging way that makes every session enjoyable and rewarding.
Offer a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
Create meaningful volunteering opportunities for those passionate about gymnastics and youth development.

The Centre

We’re a fully equipped gymnastics club based on the Llay Industrial Estate in Wrexham, North Wales — just a 6-minute drive from the A483, with plenty of on-site parking at the front, side, and rear of the building.

For those travelling by public transport, local buses stop near the Llay Welfare, just a 10-minute walk from the gym.

Inside, you’ll find a full range of certified Men’s and Women’s apparatus, all regularly maintained and cleaned to the highest standards. We also offer a comfortable parent viewing area and tuck shop, perfect for enjoying a hot drink while your child trains. There’s a customer toilet near the entrance, plus separate boys’ and girls’ toilets inside the gym.

At Olympus Gymnastics Club, we’re always working to improve — whether that’s through new equipment, facility upgrades or community fundraising.
